Information Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology (IT) support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our users.

About the Role:
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems, software applications, and hardware devices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  2. Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and hardware devices.
  3. Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common software applications.
  • Certifications: Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable.
