About the Opportunity

This role plays a vital part in supporting sustainable employment outcomes by providing ongoing mentoring, guidance, and practical assistance to participants and employers. You'll focus on resolving workplace challenges, strengthening retention, and promoting long-term success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations are at the forefront of your focus
  • Provide tailored support to help participants maintain sustainable employment
  • Mentor participants and offer specialized assistance to address workplace or personal barriers
  • Engage with the local community, industries, and stakeholders to identify growth and revenue opportunities
  • Monitor placement progress and outcomes, communicating any risks to relevant team members
  • Analyze participants' reported hours and income, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
  • Maintain clear records of participants' ongoing employment, services provided, and participant support
  • Communicate proactively with team members regarding job loss, potential job loss, or significant reduction in hours
