
Growth Solutions Manager

We partner with businesses of all sizes to help them grow through innovative advertising solutions. As a Growth Solutions Manager, you will develop and manage relationships with clients and agencies, working closely with our team to drive client success.
We advise clients on Google's range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Buiding and managing long-term partnerships with C-level clients and executive stakeholders.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and performance metrics.
- Structuring a clear strategy between Google and clients, and leading a cross-functional team to collaborate on projects and drive results.
- Planning and achieving growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising solutions that meet clients' marketing objectives.
- Developing forward-thinking analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear advice.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working with advertisers, media agencies, or clients.
- Experience working in partnerships, sales or business development roles with C-level stakeholder management.
- Experience working across teams, functions and markets to drive impact.
- Experience working with large organizations.
- Understanding of business and marketing principles.
