Job Title: Solutions Growth Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a strategic growth plan to expand our solutions across the for-purpose sector.
This role involves identifying new opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies, value propositions, and execution plans. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and outputs, drive business development activities, and cultivate strong relationships with institutional investors.
The key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a pipeline to align with our revenue goals, involving identifying and cultivating prospects, initiating and following up on new opportunities
- Leading new business meetings and closing sales to institutional investors
- Ensuring best practice business development activities, including client identification, opportunity origination, and solution design
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations
- Engaging and collaborating across the organization to develop holistic value propositions
- Collaborating with product teams to develop tailored solutions
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics
- Acting as a liaison to ensure active support of the sales and marketing process
- Collaborating with Marketing team on sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry products, trends, competitors' advancements, and market conditions
Requirements include:
- 5-10 years of sales and relationship management experience in Financial Services
- Experience in managing client relationships and pipeline, including pipeline discipline, account planning, solution design, delivering on marketing initiatives, and stakeholder management
- A deep understanding of how the for-purpose sector evaluates their investment programs
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior management in a distribution environment
- Excellent sales, interpersonal, project management, and multitasking skills
- Being a curious self-starter who is passionate about developing client solutions
- Maintaining a strong personal brand and being an active participant in industry dialogue
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization
- General understanding of financial markets and investment vehicles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret market trends
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic planning
