Drive Business Growth with Salesforce Solutions

This strategic growth role involves driving business expansion by effectively showcasing the value of Salesforce solutions to clients. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will leverage your expertise to drive commercial outcomes and build lasting relationships with clients.

As Lead Engagement Manager, you will engage with all clients, lead pre-sales discussions, and manage client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives to create growth opportunities and assist with marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with clients as the Lead Engagement Manager
  • Lead pre-sales discussions and manage client satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Salesforce services
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives to create growth opportunities
  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as live events and webinars

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record of sales and growth within a CRM practice
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver pre-sales engagements and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and its related suite
