Establishing a network of early childhood and school-aged care programs is our core objective.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring compliance and staffing across 70+ OSHC and Kinder services, with the goal of growing to 200+
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain efficient staffing rosters, monitor staff availability and leave, coordinate casual staff, and manage emergency labour hire plans with external agencies
- Resolve workforce-related issues, including leave and emergency shortages, and provide guidance on HR policies to Area Managers
- Ensure adherence to child safety and service standards, and generate reports on staffing, attendance, and workforce trends for senior management
- Ensure casual staff meet certification requirements and complete mandatory training, such as First Aid and child protection
- Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, improve retention, and implement strategies to enhance casual staff satisfaction
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field (preferred) with proven experience in multi-site workforce coordination and scheduling ideally in education or care services
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, OSHC standards, and workforce management tools
- Strong organisational, resilience, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage operations across multiple locations and work collaboratively or independently
