Join us as we contribute to this significant transition in the energy sector.About The RoleThe scheduler will assist with the successful delivery of projects across the Portfolio Delivery department by working closely with Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, and Project Managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules.
They will assist project managers with schedule planning, coordinate tasks, and monitor the timelines of scheduled assignments.What You Will Be DoingWork closely with Program Managers to develop and maintain detailed schedules using MS Project.
Integrate multiple schedules into a master schedule, baselining, status, performance measurement baseline.
Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports Gantt, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work authorizations, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.
Develop schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures and ensures that they are followed on product development schedules.
Work in collaboration with Portfolio Delivery Manager and Delivery Services manager to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
Schedule estimating through elicitation of stakeholders to capture estimations of new work, updated actuals and remaining work.
Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
What You Will Bring To The RoleEducation/ CertificatesPreferably qualifications/certifications in a Technology or Business-related field.
Certification in a project management competency (Prince2, APM, PMI, etc.) Experience and KnowledgeMinimum 5years experience as a Scheduler for Digital division Strong scheduling experience and proven ability to manage complex transformation Program Schedules Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to confidently communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated analytical and problem-resolution skills Previous Utility industry experience is highly advantageous Expert level user of scheduling and timeline tools - MS Project, PPM Tools, Excel, JIRA, Power BI In Return Some Of Our Benefits To YouFlexible working: work from home, part time, job share, hybrid options, and additional leave options Professional development via projects, industry networks, job rotation, study assistance and more.
