We're looking for an Transport Scheduler to join our team based in Braeside, responsible for managing all the transport requirements related to customer deliveries, returns and the movement of fleet.

What You'll Do

• Create cost-effective and optimized transport plans.
• Manage transport requirements aligned with vendor agreements.
• Maintain detailed transport records for performance analysis and notify customers of delivery times and pass on additional charges if applicable.
• Organize inter-company equipment transport, utilizing backloads and consolidated loads.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate failures when necessary.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and cost reallocations efficiently and file all relevant documentation accurately.
