Are you a puzzle master, multitasking legend, and scheduling whiz? We're looking for YOU—a proactive, detail-loving, fast-paced Casual Scheduler to join our casual pool and help keep calm and roster on

At Nextt, we're building a high-performing, centralised Scheduling Team that truly delivers for our clients and support workers. We're on the lookout for flexible, reliable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to pick up casual shifts with the potential to move into permanent full-time opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Match Support Workers with Clients based on skills, preferences, and availability.
  • Manage rostering updates across multiple regions and services.
  • Quickly respond to calls, tickets, and emails with professionalism and care.
  • Identify workforce gaps and help drive proactive rostering solutions.
  • Work closely with Client Experience Managers to deliver seamless support.
  • Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award conditions and rostering standards.

About You
  • Proven experience in scheduling/rostering, ideally in Disability, Health, or Community Services.
  • Super-organised with a sharp eye for detail and time management skills.
  • Strong systems skills—familiarity with Carelink and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to stay cool under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • You hold or are willing to obtain:
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • Working with Children Check (Employee)
