Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling content on Disney+ using the Scheduling tool. This includes maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of content, as well as supporting the ideation and execution of content planning strategies.

  1. Act as the primary day-to-day scheduler on Disney+ Programming.
  2. Become an expert in the Disney+ Scheduling tool and train new users as required.
  3. Maintain the flow of coming soon pages available and scheduling once available.
  4. Review weekly/monthly reports of scheduled content to ensure accuracy.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a natural ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You should be curious by nature, always seeking to understand the 'why' behind tasks and continuously looking for ways to improve.

Additional responsibilities include working closely with the Programming and Content Curation Manager to optimize the content slate across our portfolio of content pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in content scheduling, ideally in digital media and entertainment.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Docs, and other relevant software tools.
