As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling planned works to align with deadlines, ensuring the optimal utilisation of workforce, trades, and associated resources. By crafting comprehensive work schedules, you will enable supervisors to achieve high levels of efficiency, minimising downtime and ensuring ample resources for substantial projects.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Planner who will be responsible for:

  • Timely communication of the schedule to stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Interface with client systems to gather service order details and plan jobs for efficiency and minimal customer disruptions.
  • Prepare detailed job packs covering priorities, safety requirements, materials, and client details to ensure project continuity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including landowners, councils, and government authorities to secure permits and authorisations.
  • Work closely with Program Managers to maintain quality, schedule audits, and assess performance metrics effectively.

About You

  • Proven ability in distribution powerline project planning and efficient scheduling using project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in real-time monitoring systems to make agile decisions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to provide centralised access to project information for team efficiency.
