Job Overview
">The Encoreship initiative provides employment opportunities for women who have been out of the workforce for an extended period or looking for a career change. This part-time role supports workplace health, safety and wellbeing initiatives while building skills, confidence and experience.
This 3-month placement is within our People & Culture team. You will report to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead, gaining exposure, reintegration and upskilling across all facets of workplace health, safety and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring initiatives that support a safe and compliant workplace across our Head Office, retail stores and Customer Fulfilment Centre. This position is part-time (15-20 hours per week) with flexibility to suit school hours.
A hybrid model applies, combining work from our Southbank office and home-based work. Your ideal candidate has some experience in health, safety and wellbeing, ideally in a workplace or operational environment. A qualification in Work Health and Safety is desirable but not essential.
