Job Title: Mental Health Advocates
">We are seeking two Advocates to work in our Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
The successful candidates will have:
- a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals accessing mental health support services;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders;
- flexible and patient approach, with a focus on providing supportive and transparent service delivery;
- creative problem-solving skills, with experience in mental health support and/or advocacy or consumer advocacy.
