As the Workforce Planning and Payroll Support Officer you will provide high level support to the People and Development Team across the human resources lifecycle and end-to-end payroll processing and administration.

Key responsibilities:

- Assisting in the maintenance of electronic and hard copy employee records including printing, scanning, uploading collating and filing of documentation ensuring all records are maintained for all employees with regards to the content and statutory compliance.
- Monitoring and perform compliance checks including but not limited to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker screening clearance, National Police Checks, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration checks and right to work checks.
- Supporting the pay processing by checking and providing guidance to Managers in relation to submission of timesheets and pay queries.
- Assist with pay processing activities ensuring timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing.

Experience and skills required:

- 2+ years' experience in workforce planning and or payroll preferably within an Aged Care or health environment.
- Medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Australian Federal Police Check)**

Royal Freemasons is a NDIS approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees, contractors, labour hire and volunteers must obtain NDIS clearance. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement as well as an International Police Check if you have lived overseas for 12 months or more within the last 10 years.

**Mandatory vaccines**

All aged care workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and encouraged to receive the flu vaccine. All successful applicants must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
