About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Contracts to join our team at Raytheon Australia. As a key member of our Contracts and Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for providing commercial expertise and leadership to a national program in Above Water Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Leadership: Provide commercial advice and develop commercial solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.
  • Contract Management: Develop and implement management plans, draft and review commercial correspondence, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Program Operations: Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including the preparation of commercial elements of bids and proposals, and participate in management reviews.
  • Customer and Supplier Interface: Serve as a point of contact for customer and supplier interfaces with the company during all phases of contract performance and the program life cycle.
Requirements
  • A Degree in Business, Commerce, or Law, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations and development of customer and supplier relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in program operations and financial management, including Earned Value Management.
  • A self-motivated team player who can work independently with limited oversight.
