Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Ensure the flexible, cost-effective delivery of services and materials, with a focus on quality, added value, timely performance, and a strong commercial and customer focus.
  • Business Growth & Improvement: Continuously improve and grow the delivery or purchasing systems to enhance business outcomes.
  • Contract Governance: Maintain a high level of contract governance and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage customer and supplier relationships for both internal and external contracts.
  • Performance Management: Achieve KPIs and lead business improvement projects to enhance contract performance.
  • Change Management: Oversee contract and system updates, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with evolving standards.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration (mandatory).
  • Intermediate level of SAP experience.
  • Intermediate level of Excel experience.
  • High level of skill in contracts management.
  • High level of skill in project management.
  • High level of skill in relationship management.
  • High level of skill in procurement.
  • Substantial level of skill in asset management systems.
