Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Management Plans: Develop and implement management plans to ensure effective program performance, including cost, funding, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Provide Commercial Advice: Provide commercial advice and develop commercial solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.
  • Draft and Negotiate Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, working with key stakeholders to ensure that all requirements and risks are addressed.
  • Contribute to Bid and Proposal Activities: Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including the preparation of commercial elements of bids and proposals and participation in management reviews.
  • Provide Interpretation and Advice: Provide interpretation and advice on customer procurement policy and regulations, company policy, and contract requirements (including terms and conditions), to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: A Degree in Business, Commerce, or Law, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations and development of customer and supplier relationships, program operations and financial management, including Earned Value Management.
  • Skills: A self-motivated team player who can work independently with limited oversight, ability to draw on prior experience to investigate, analyse, and solve difficult to moderately complex problems.
