Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Inchcape, a leading automotive retailer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, ensuring that customers receive personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Gain comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate benefits to customers during demonstrations.
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information on vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
- Manage appointments, test drives, and ensure a smooth delivery/handover experience for customers.
- Handle customer trade-ins, prepare sales contracts, valuations, and accurately process documentation.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce and DMS while following up post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and adhere to safety procedures.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within direct sales.
- Proven ability to manage the sales process, documentation, and close sales independently.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in meeting KPI metrics.
- Expertise in MS Office, digital platforms, multitasking, and organisation; valid driver's license.
- Prior automotive industry experience, Salesforce familiarity, and commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences with professionalism and integrity.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to our employee benefits program.
