Strategic Partnerships Coordinator

As a proactive and detail-oriented professional, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events across various divisions.
The jobholder will be responsible for:
- Coordinating international visits and onshore engagements
- Preparing comprehensive engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and communication materials to support global engagement activities
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience in planning and managing visits and events, including an understanding of official protocol
- Experience in preparing detailed briefs, reports, strategy documents, and formal correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for business documentation, calendar coordination, and correspondence with senior executives
- Strong relationship management skills and experience working with key stakeholders
