About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance and risk management needs are fully met.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working with top-tier mentors to drive business growth and develop close relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Portfolio Management - Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, managing their insurance programs and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cross-marketing and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth.
  • Relationship Building - Foster strong relationships with insurance markets and distribution partners, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Client Advice – Provide expert advice to clients on their insurance program needs, including policy conditions, risks covered, premium rates and benefits.
  • Claims - Manage the claims process, ensuring timely and favourable settlements through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma of Insurance Broking or equivalent tertiary education preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in insurance broking, with a proven track record of success in client management and business development.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, legislative obligations and claim processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
