The role of a Reward and Compensation Analyst involves ensuring the effective delivery of reward projects and annual reward processes. This includes analyzing data and providing clear insights that drive informed decisions on rewarding employees.

This position requires reviewing individual reward packages to facilitate decision-making on non-leadership joiners and promotions. It also involves preparing and collating data to support others in deciding on exceptions to reward packages and timing.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in reward analysis, compensation, or HR data analytics. They will possess strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of benefits and compensation practices, and an understanding of market trends.

Key responsibilities include resolving moderately complex benefits queries from employees and benefit vendors, undertaking market-wide analysis, and producing reports on people data and compensation as requested.

  • Analyses Data: Reviews individual reward packages to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees
  • Prepares Reports: Compiles data to support business decisions on reward package and timing
  • Solves Complex Queries: Resolves employee and vendor inquiries related to benefits and compensation
