About the Role

This key position involves developing and optimizing core algorithmic models in marketing scenarios. This encompasses user behavior prediction, profiling, ROI estimation, and traffic allocation strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine algorithms for predicting user behavior, estimating ROI, and allocating traffic to optimize marketing performance.
  • Create precision marketing models using real-time behavioral data and business objectives to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement algorithmic solutions in marketing systems and drive user growth initiatives.
  • Design and develop data-driven algorithm strategies for user lifecycle management, including acquisition, retention, and repurchase.
Requirements

Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in related fields with a solid foundation in algorithms and programming. A Master's Degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related disciplines is required. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, Java) and familiarity with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Flink) are essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., LR, GBDT, DNN), commonly used models in marketing scenarios, and tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch are necessary. Experience with SQL/Hive and ability to work with large-scale data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning is also crucial.
