As a Technical Presales Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing expertise that drives revenue growth.
You will identify new opportunities and scope requests to deliver Phocas product and technical pre-sales expertise throughout the buying journey.

Your mission is to support local sales teams in their efforts to grow business and make customers happy.
This requires:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in presales or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with knowledge of manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries.
- Good working knowledge of SQL, with attention to detail and process-driven methodologies.
- Experience interfacing with all levels of an organisation and direct customer/client management experience.
- Familiarity with BI reporting tools and/or ERP systems is ideal.
