Job Title: Data-Driven Marketing Expert

This senior role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and passion for marketing to drive business growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering advanced insights into customer behavior, informing strategies and driving growth. Your expertise in data visualization and predictive analytics will be crucial in guiding investment decisions and elevating customer experience.

About the Role

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll dive into customer behavior analysis, applying advanced analytics and commercial acumen to drive measurable outcomes.

A typical week might include building intuitive dashboards for executives, conducting deep-dive analyses on customer trends to uncover opportunities, forecasting campaign performance to advise investment, and meeting with external partners to optimize our data ecosystem.

You'll have the freedom to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and test new ways of working — with backing from a company that values curiosity, collaboration, and doing the right thing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced insights into customer behavior that inform strategy and drive growth.
  • Own and evolve the marketing reporting suite, providing clear and engaging visualizations for daily performance through to board-level summaries.
  • Translate technical analysis into commercial outcomes, influencing decisions across marketing, digital, and executive leadership teams.
  • Apply predictive and advanced analytics to model customer behavior, forecast campaign results, and guide investment decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships across marketing, data, and external analytics partners to continually improve our capability.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand customer engagement, increasing loyalty, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
  • Champion a culture of data-led decision-making within the marketing team and across the wider business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in data and analytics, ideally within retail or e-commerce.

A track record of influencing marketing and customer strategies through insights.

Advanced capability in data visualization tools (Tableau or similar) and Google Analytics 4.

Strong skills in forecasting, predictive modelling, and customer behavior analysis.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex insights simply.

Experience working across customer acquisition and retention is highly desirable.
