Career Opportunity: Data-Driven CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven CRM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our data-powered CRM strategy across all of our brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the design, build, and optimisation of CRM journeys and communications through hands-on execution within Braze and across the broader CRM tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy targeted campaigns in Braze (email, SMS, content cards, in-app messaging) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize Liquid, dynamic content, and modular templates to deliver tailored patient and practitioner experiences.
  • Configure attributes, events, and tags to power segmentation, triggers, and personalisation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Braze journeys, ensuring data flows and audience logic run smoothly.
  • Integrate campaigns across web, app, and landing pages to enhance lifecycle communications.
Requirements:
  • Experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or MarTech roles.
  • Expert hands-on Braze experience – audience segmentation, custom events, Liquid scripting, journey logic, and multichannel enablement.
  • Strong HTML/CSS, JSON, and SQL skills for CRM personalisation and data handling.
  • Understanding of data flows, CDPs (Segment, Hightouch), and API integrations.
