We are seeking a skilled Data Driven Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for driving growth through data insights and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-depth analysis into customer behavior, loyalty, and acquisition to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of marketing reporting suites, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into commercial outcomes, influencing decisions across marketing, digital, and executive leadership teams.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast campaign results and guide investment decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to continually improve data capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and expand customer engagement initiatives, increasing satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision making within the marketing team and across the wider organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • A track record of leveraging data insights to influence marketing and customer strategies.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau or similar) and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong capabilities in forecasting, predictive modeling, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights simply.
  • Experience working across customer loyalty, acquisition, and e-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Bonus skills that will set you apart: MMM, Supermetrics, AWS, SQL.
