About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the growth of our business by engaging with our customers at both an operational and strategic level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities and needs of our customers
  • Regularly update data, market, and customer information
  • Retain customers by applying exceptional service
  • Acquire new customers by understanding and fulfilling their requirements
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge
  • Ensure our service solution meets the needs of our clients
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Demonstrated account management or business development experience
  • Superior communication ability
  • Strong customer service and/or sales background
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated proactive problem solver
  • An effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others
  • Valid driving licence
  • Current work rights in Australia
