Job Title: Corporate Accounts Manager

IDEXX is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Accounts Manager to join our team in Australia & New Zealand. As a key member of our global corporate accounts organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with our corporate veterinary customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and programs, ensuring successful uptake and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including 'above clinic' managers and influencers, to drive business outcomes.
  • Support the Head of Corporate & Strategic Accounts ANZ in managing negotiations and developing a cohesive, long-term strategy for the region.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive account management strategy, ensuring clear lines of communication with the field sales team.
Requirements:
  • Relevant corporate account experience, with a proven track record of growing strategic customer relationships.
  • Successful management of a product and service-based portfolio, with a strong understanding of business acumen.
  • Experience with critical analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver resourceful, innovative solutions.
  • Strong independent thinking, with a passion for crunching numbers and delving into data.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with a background in a veterinary, diagnostic, medical, or other life science industry.
  • The ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate others in driving business objectives.
  • The ability to travel regularly (approx. 25-50%).
