We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Senior Donations Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in managing our supporter database and donation processing functions, ensuring high standards of donor care and contributing to strategic data insights.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing single-giving donations, including sorting, coding, importing, banking, receipting, and secure mail coordination.
  • Providing exceptional supporter care via phone and email, handling correspondence, enquiries, and complaints.
  • Maintaining and managing CRM data integrity, performing routine performance checks and reconciliations.
  • Importing data securely from third-party suppliers and stakeholders into the CRM database.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

  • Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in supporter interactions.
  • High-speed, accurate data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
