The primary purpose of this role is to fully support the GAP adoption process, ensuring that greyhounds find their forever homes.

This position requires strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with attention to detail.

Able to work effectively both as part of a small team and alone as required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare basic reports.

Demonstrated effective customer service skills, at times in challenging situations.

Excellent data entry and records management skills are essential for success in this role.
