Role Description:

  • Clinical Engagement Lead

The Clinical Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in the success of Victoria's Pathology Hie project, driving clinical input and expertise into design and delivery. They will lead clinical engagement and change workstream to ensure end-to-end clinical requirements are well understood by the project team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading clinical engagement and change workstream to ensure end-to-end clinical requirements are well understood by the project team.
  2. Ensuring clinicians are connected into the project through effective engagement in solution design, improving patient safety and quality outcomes.
  3. Overseeing successful implementation of clinical adoption, change management, and communication activities to ensure new Hie is adopted at point of care in complex healthcare environments.
  4. Managing and supporting team leads to develop and deliver change management and communication plans.
  5. Leading, coordinating, and supporting clinical advisory and working groups, as well as formal and informal clinical engagement structures.
  6. Collaborating with hospital and health services, supporting partners in assessing and supporting clinical readiness of Hie for release as part of on-boarding users across Victorian health sites.
