About Us

Greyhound racing is a popular sport that generates significant economic activity and promotes greyhound welfare in our state.

The industry involves over 17,000 people directly and rehomes more than 2,600 greyhounds each year.

We are seeking an individual with organisational skills, effective communication skills and prior experience in animal care to join our team as a Volunteer Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the growth and engagement of our Volunteer Carer team across multiple locations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement volunteer management strategies
  • Provide support to volunteers in their roles

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in animal care and a passion for greyhound welfare
