
Reliability & Maintenance Engineer - Mobile Fleet

We offer a career of reward and growth and are looking for an energetic Mechanical Reliability Engineer to develop and optimise maintenance strategies for our mobile fleet and related assets. Your work will improve reliability, extend asset life, and reduce costs, whilst continuously improving maintenance strategies. You'll collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and support capital planning.
Key Responsibilities- Improve asset reliability using tools like RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain long-term maintenance plans aligned with production goals
- Create capital justifications and manage projects
- Lead or support investigations into equipment failures
- Coach and mentor teams in reliability practices
- Contribute to safety planning and participate in toolbox meetings
- Support budgeting and capital planning for mobile assets
- Engineering qualification or relevant trade background
- Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and SAP CMMS
- Industry experience
