Mobile Fleet Reliability Engineer

A reliability engineer is needed to develop and enhance maintenance strategies for a mobile fleet.
This position involves improving asset reliability, extending asset lifespan, and reducing operational costs. The successful candidate will collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and support long-term planning.
Main Responsibilities:- Enhance asset reliability using tools like RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans aligned with production objectives
- Create project justifications and oversee projects
- Lead or support investigations into equipment failures
- Coach and mentor teams in reliability best practices
- Contribute to safety planning and participate in team meetings
- Support planning and budgeting for mobile assets
- Engineering qualification or relevant trade background
- Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and CMMS systems
