We offer a career of reward and growth and are looking for an energetic Mechanical Reliability Engineer to develop and optimise maintenance strategies for our mobile fleet and related assets.
Your work will improve reliability, extend asset life, and reduce costs, whilst continuously improving maintenance strategies.
You'll collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and support capital planning.Key ResponsibilitiesImprove asset reliability using tools like RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysisDevelop and maintain long-term maintenance plans aligned with production goalsCreate capital justifications and manage projectsLead or support investigations into equipment failuresCoach and mentor teams in reliability practicesContribute to safety planning and participate in toolbox meetingsSupport budgeting and capital planning for mobile assetsWhat We're Looking ForEngineering qualification or relevant trade backgroundExperience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineeringStrong problem-solving and communication skillsFamiliarity with mobile fleet maintenance and SAP CMMSIndustry experienceEmployee BenefitsCompetitive salary with Annual Incentive ProgramEnjoy flexible working options including a 9-day fortnight, and hybrid working arrangements16 weeks paid parental leave for primary and 2 weeks for secondary caregivers after 12 months tenureFree onsite gym facilities, including access for family membersAccess to an Employee Assistance Program for family membersOnsite free parkingOnsite canteen facilitiesWork and live local; close to beaches, CBD and Lake MacquarieAll applications must attach a current resume.We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications from a diverse range of candidates.Preferred candidates will be subject to drug and alcohol testing as part of the pre-employment medical in accordance with our Fitness for Work policy.
