Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team at Canonical. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide critical support to our senior leadership and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Support: Provide administrative support to one or more departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient management of tasks.
- Reporting and Scheduling: Coordinate monthly reports, schedule meetings and interviews, and maintain accurate records.
- Event Management: Organize and run international company events, including logistics and coordination.
- Executive Meetings: Manage quarterly and annual executive meetings, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives, fostering a culture of open communication and cooperation.
- Supplier and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Excellent Academic Results: Possess excellent academic results at school and university, with a degree in a business or technical subject.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Responsibility and Integrity: Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Self-Awareness and Thoughtfulness: Display self-awareness and thoughtfulness, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
