About the Role


This varied role involves establishing and maintaining a day-to-day relationship with the customer and providing excellent administration services for our government client.


Working in a fast-paced environment on our client's site, the team focuses mainly on efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.


Scope of the Role Includes:



  • Develop an understanding of the customer's business to be able to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue.
  • Ensure team/site productivity and that customer and employee engagement targets are achieved through operational management and effective leadership of a team.
  • Perform daily operational/administration tasks as necessary; ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
  • Ensure service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews.
  • Assist with monthly customer reports including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation.

  • Strong leadership skills. Work experience as a people leader is an advantage.

  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards.
  • A great attitude and the enthusiasm to learn new skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Estimate Salary Range: AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
