About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and providing excellent administration services to our government client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue.
  • Ensure team/site productivity and achieve customer and employee engagement targets through operational management and effective leadership.
  • Perform daily operational/administration tasks as necessary, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
  • Ensure service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews.
  • Assist with monthly customer reports, including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills, as well as strong customer service and leadership skills. They will also possess a strong ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
