Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to enhance our South East Print Production team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service and support to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Installing and maintaining Colour and B&W print production systems and related software solutions.
  • Providing on-site corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborating with a team of skilled technicians while reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A strong technical background with proven troubleshooting abilities.
  • A proactive attitude towards customer engagement and service excellence.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude complemented by effective communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical role.
