Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to enhance our Victorian branch within the South East Print Production team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and support to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will undertake the installation and maintenance of color and black & white print production equipment, along with associated software and service solutions. As part of the Victorian Southeast Service Team, you will:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective on-site corrective and preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians, reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • A positive demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills in a supportive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.

Essential Requirements
Qualified applicants will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong fault-finding capabilities and technical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license and necessary clearances.
  • A readiness to work flexible hours and travel for training as needed.
  • Current Australian working rights.
