Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of color and black-and-white printing equipment, along with related software and service solutions.
As part of the Victoria Service Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective on-site maintenance and support, reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in a similar technical role, with knowledge of networking, IT, and technical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia is mandatory.
- A valid Australian Driver's License, along with necessary background checks, will be required.
