Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to enhance our Melbourne operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with the installation and maintenance of both Colour and Black & White printing devices, along with associated software and service solutions.
As a vital member of our Victoria Service Team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective on-site maintenance and support, reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager.
Qualifications and Skills

- A strong technical background with proven troubleshooting abilities and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying new skills within a supportive environment that encourages continuous professional development.
- Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A history of delivering exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar technical role, with a solid understanding of network and IT principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficient customer service skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid Australian Work Rights.
- Possession of an Australian Driver's License, along with a Working with Children Check and Police Check.
