Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled electromechanical engineer to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of print and finishing equipment.

The Role

  • Provide on-site technical support to clients and end users, ensuring exceptional service and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is operating at peak efficiency.
  • Act as a client point of contact for queries regarding the equipment, advice, training, guidance, and more.

The Ideal Candidate

  • An experienced electromechanical engineer with a strong background in electrics and mechanics, or an experienced printer operator looking to take their career to a new level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites both regionally and across the UK.
  • IT literate.
