Quality and EHS Leadership

We are seeking a dedicated Quality and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • ">Developing and implementing quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • ">Overseeing the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • ">Leading internal and external audits to maintain certifications and regulatory compliance.
  • ">Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks in engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • ">Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to quality and EHS metrics.
  • ">Providing training and guidance to staff on quality and safety standards.
  • ">Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and lean methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Experience in quality assurance and EHS management.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams in implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
