Overview
Cisco is a global technology leader that helps organizations digitize rapidly by transforming their networks, applications, and infrastructure. This role plays a key part in shaping Cisco's inclusive culture by supporting the Employee Resource Organizations (EROs) and Networks across the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) region.

About the Role
The Inclusive Communities Experience (ICX) team is seeking a skilled Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager to drive program growth, globalization, alignment, strategic planning, event management, community impact, business outcomes, succession planning, executive sponsorship, communication, and process support for our EROs/ERNs. You will work closely with PRIDE and CDAN communities, developing strong partnerships to drive day-to-day responsibilities. Your holistic approach will involve advising on growth strategies, annual planning, events, community impact, business outcomes, succession planning, securing executive sponsors, communications, and providing infrastructure & process support. Additionally, you will be the point of contact and expertise for all communities across APJC as they expand globally and chapters unfold.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute key elements through systems, tools, and processes
- Oversee efforts related to inclusive communities across the APJC region, country, and sites, enabling cross-community engagements among EROs and ERNs
- Champion Cisco's accessibility efforts across APJC from a platform of deep knowledge of strategy and action plans
- Actively participate at regional and global community meetings, events, and digital forums
- Partner with leads and exec sponsors on annual strategy / plan and funding forecast
- Provide oversight and support the planning of global PRIDE & CDAN experiences, and cross-community APJC regional experiences
- Help build strategies on expanding adoption of I&C initiatives for functions through inclusive communities within APJC

Requirements
- Background in diversity and inclusion and/or community management (5+ years)
- Fluency in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging solutions
- Ability to navigate challenging conversations with a focus on advocacy of the LGBTQ+ community
- Depth of experience in disability community to champion accessibility across APJC & Cisco globally
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and prioritizing critical work
- Solid organizational and program management skills: ability to focus on short-term goals and long-term objectives of ICX
- Strong oral presentation skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Relationship builder and ability to influence

What We Offer
- Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
