Cisco, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join its Inclusive Communities Experience (ICX) team. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to drive inclusive culture advancement and diversity initiatives across the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) region.

As a key member of the ICX team, you will be responsible for providing holistic support to Employee Resource Organizations (EROs) and Networks, including PRIDE (LGBTQ+ & Allies) and CDAN (Cisco Disability Action Network). You will partner with global ERO leaders, executive sponsors, and regional stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans, foster cross-community engagement, and promote accessibility efforts.

This position requires a self-starting individual with 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging solutions. You must possess fluency in DEIB concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex conversations. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of disability community needs and be comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with excellent organizational and program management skills. You will work closely with the Inclusive Future & Strategy (IFS) team within People and Communities to advance inclusive culture at Cisco. Regular interactions with key business leaders, community leaders, and stakeholders are essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits. If you are a motivated professional eager to make a meaningful impact in the APJC region, we encourage you to apply.
