As a Community Strategist for Cisco's Inclusive Communities Experience team, you will play a vital role in supporting Employee Resource Organizations and Networks across the APJC region. Your responsibilities will include partnering with ERO Global Leaders and Executive Sponsors to develop and execute community strategies that drive maximum impact.

You will oversee all efforts related to inclusive communities in the APJC region, enabling cross-community engagements among EROs and ERNs. Additionally, you will champion Cisco's accessibility efforts across APJC, leveraging your deep knowledge of our strategy and action plans.

Your day-to-day work will involve actively participating in regional and global community meetings, events, and digital forums. You will also partner with leads and executive sponsors on annual strategy and funding forecasts, providing oversight and support for the planning of global experiences and cross-community APJC regional experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to build strategies for expanding adoption of Inclusive & Connected (I&C) initiatives within function through our inclusive communities in APJC. You will stay informed of inclusive community member communications, alias/Webex rooms/SharePoint sites that offer insights for community members and regional sentiments.

Raise visibility of community efforts by creating content related to APJC Inclusive Community events, stories, and outcomes in partnership with IFS and corporate communications teams. Create executive briefing documents pre/post events and track outcomes.

We are seeking a self-starter with 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion and/or community management. You should have fluency in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging solutions, ability to navigate challenging conversations, and depth of experience in disability community advocacy.

A comfortable working pace and solid organizational skills are essential. Strong oral presentation skills to communicate with program stakeholders at all levels, relationship builder, and influencer are required. Willingness to grow with the team and tackle administrative tasks as required.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
