Job Description
Fundraising Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with experience in donor management within the not-for-profit sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of supporters, building professional business relationships, and identifying new opportunities for recognition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with supporters through personalized plans ensuring they feel valued and informed about the impact of their contributions.
- Provide regular and meaningful updates on organizational programs, success stories, and how donations are used.
- Align communications with the supporter's preferences, interests, and giving history.
- Maintain accurate supporter records.
- Track engagement through CRM systems, ensuring timely and relevant updates to supporters.
- Develop a base of potential supporters by qualifying leads and actively cultivating relationships.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need proven experience in donor relationship management within the not-for-profit sector, exceptional verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills, and the ability to use data and insights to tailor donor engagement strategies.
What We Offer
A competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
