**Job Description:**

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Workplace Strategy and Change Management Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Workplace Consulting Team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning, change management, and project delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Business Development activities, such as pitching to potential new clients on our workplace strategy and change management services.
  • Managing Analysts and Consultants within the team to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
  • Developing comprehensive Workplace Strategies and Change Management plans to address client needs.
  • Overseeing multiple projects from a budget and resourcing perspective to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Designing and executing engaging client events, activities, and communications to build strong relationships.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Workplace Strategy and Change Management, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adept Project Manager with experience in managing teams and budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
  • High Emotional Intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to dive in and roll up your sleeves to deliver results.

**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
