Oversee IT Change Activities

Talenza is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless IT change activities across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective IT change management strategies that support business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze potential impacts of IT changes, identifying risks and mitigating disruption across systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams, IT staff, and business stakeholders to ensure that changes are well-communicated, documented, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in change management processes, adopting best practices to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in IT change management within an enterprise-level or highly regulated environment, with a demonstrated track record of successful change implementations and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools for change management, configuration management, and incident management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to evaluate change impacts, identify root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, provide clear updates, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
